Delivery & Returns

We can ship your order to any country in the world. 


UK standard deliveries in 3-5 working days: £1.99

UK 1st class delivery in 1-2 working days: £3.49

Delivery charges are added at the end of your transaction, after you have input your card details. 


If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply send it back to us within 14 days to receive a refund. If more than 14 days have passed since you placed your order please contact us first - we'll try to help if we can. Goods must be in saleable condition when we receive them back.  


We have a flat rate for smaller orders.

European shipping: £5.00

North American shipping: £8.00

Orders to Europe and the rest of the world are based on weight. You can use the shipping calculator on the checkout page to determine how much P&P you will pay. If the calculator tells you "We do not ship to this destination" then please email us for a bespoke quote based on your purchases. We're sorry we have to do it this way - it is a hassle. We will get back to you as quickly as we can, normally within 24 hours. Shipping rates vary so dramatically depending on weight, destination and urgency that this is the only fair way of doing it.

Here are the shipping rates to our most popular destinations:

Republic of Ireland - £3.00 

Europe - under 2kg - £5.00

USA and Canada - under 2kg - £8.00

Australia, New Zealand and South Africa - under 2kg - £19.95*

*If you are buying something very light - jewellery for example - then please get in touch and we may be able to work out a cheaper rate.

The Small Print

We ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving them (Monday to Friday), and keep a proof of postage from the friendly people at Hay on Wye post office. If you have not received your order within 5 working days (10 days for international orders) please let us know so we can investigate. 

We aim to be as fair in our pricing and as quick in our parceling as we can be. We're not a faceless mailing machine like the Amazons of this world though - so if you have a special request or a random question about delivery times and costs just let us know, we're always here to help! 

None of the above affects your statutory rights if the goods are faulty.
